Northfield Democrats will hold its Endorsement Meeting on Saturday, February 4th, at Northbrook Civic Building, 2002 Walters, Northbrook, at 10 am. All Democrats are welcome to attend, but endorsement voting is limited to dues-paying members of 2011 (or former members who renew with 2011 dues at the door). We hope to hear from candidates for Water Reclamation District (6 candidates) and State Senate (Julie Morrison and Milton Sumption), then Clerk of the Court (Rick Munoz and Dorothy Brown) and Illinois Supreme Court (5 candidates), and finally, candidates for 9th and 10th District Congress (7 candidates, including Cong. Jan Schakowsky). Democrats unopposed in the March 20th Primary and other Democratic judicial candidates are invited to attend, be introduced, and pass out literature.
