Election Day is Tuesday, November 4th, 2008.

If you would like an absentee ballot application mailed or delivered to you from the Northfield Township Democrats, please email us at info@northfielddems.org or call us at 847.998.1002 and leave your name, phone number, at addresss where you want your application sent.

Dates & Deadlines:

September 25, 2008:

First day absentee ballot applications are accepted at the Cook County Clerk's office.

October 7, 2008:

Last Day to Register to Vote.

October 8, 2008:

First day of grace-period registration and voting. (Skokie Courthouse for Suburban North)

October 14, 2008:

First Day of Early Voting.

October 21, 2008:

Last day of grace-period registration and voting.

October 27, 2008:

Last day military & oversees voters may make application for a ballot and last day the Clerk's office may send out a ballot.

October 30, 2008:

Last day of early voting.

November 3, 2008:

Last day voted mail absentee ballots can be postmarked for acceptance by the Clerk's office.

November 4, 2008:

The Presidential General Election.
